I really like Sugarpill, they have some unusual colours in their makeup, which is something creative we all need in our life! Do you need a bright green? They’ve got it! A nice blue? Yep, that too! And a solid white? Yep, that too, and I’m reviewing it for you today!
Usually I post what the company says about their product ,but on the Sugarpill website, there’s nothing about this eyeshadow. All I can tell you is that this is a HUGE single eyeshadow, at least twice the size of a normal single eyeshadow. I got Tako because I needed a nice white for some creative looks. But I’m so disappointed.
This is the swatch of it. I had to redo it twice, because there wasn’t just any pigment on my arm. At first it applies nicely, but as soon as you move your finger, it just disappears. It doesn’t show up on my eye as well, I have to use so much to just get my eyelids a little lighter, it’s ridiculous. I have to use a NYX Jumbo pencil in Milk as a base, and when you apply this eyeshadow on top, it just blends away the eyepencil. When I apply this on my eyelids, it just turns grey…
It is such a shame that this is such a shitty eyeshadow. I had really high hopes, as my favourite drag queens use it, I mean, drag queens need intense stuff, so it should be great right? But alas, no. I’m really sad about it, because I really wanted it to work!
Have you tried anything from Sugarpill?
