Why I ever bought this toner, I have no idea. It has got lavender in it. Lavender. Together with rosemary, my most hated scent in the world. But, is the product any good?
This is an elegant formula that’s suitable for even the most sensitive skins. Rose water will help to calm and reduce redness, whilst lavender water will balance and soften the skin. This was created as a way to hydrate and soothe the skin both gently and effectively. Use it for a quick, refreshing spritz or to remove any traces of makeup or cleanser.
If I’m honest, I’m not too impressed by this product. It’s not bad, it just hasn’t wowed me. Luckily, it doesn’t really smell like lavender, but more like coughing syrup.
It does calm my skin a little bit, but it doesn’t actually reduce my redness nor does it really hydrate my skin or make it soft. Like I said, it does make my skin feel a bit more calm, and my skin does feel better after I spray this on my face, but it’s not something impressive.
It’s nice to have on hand after using a mask, considering masks can be really intense sometimes, but I won’t actually this as a toner to remove makeup or the likes.
So basically, it’s a great toner to calm down your skin after a mask, but it isn’t much as a toner on it’s own.
