L’Oreal Paris came out with a collection where they collaborated with various models and actresses. The one I’ll be reviewing today, was designed by our very own Doutzen Kroes.
The lipstick is said to be a matte, true red. To me, it looks orange. It’s just orange, but that’s the reason why I bought it, this orange one was brighter and more opaque than the other one’s I own!
The packaging looks amazing. It has a luxurious feel to it. I also enjoy the scent of it, but it might not be everyone’s cup of tea, so be cautious if you are very sensitive of smells. It’s not overpowering, and it doesn’t transfer to your lips.
The colour payoff is amazing. It does come out more orange, than it looks like in the tube. It’s really opaque, very long lasting, and matte. It’s not completely matte, but it’s matte enough. I have got really dry chapped lips, and it doesn’t chap my lips at all. Which is always a bonus.
So far I’m loving this lipstick! If orange colours are your thing, you should definitely try this one out!
